Rezumat

Aim: Treatment of chronic wounds or complicated effusion secondary to surgery or due to other pathological conditions (diabetes, ulcers) requires extensive human and material resources. . In some cases, this is achieved easily, while in other work being required. Materials and methods:we resorted to applying this technique in 2012 using it in a case after open fixation of the pelvis. Both wounds after debridement results and the lack of soft tissue were resolved by treatment with negative pressure atmosphere in that it achieved a regular bed of granulation tissue in the absence of purulent secretions and material. The tubes are removed transcutaneous away from the wound. They managed to create and maintain a negative pressure of -125 mmHg controlled by attaching an adjustable aspiration. Filling material occlusive membrane and the wound were replaced periodically 24-72 hours or whenever it was necessary when technical incidents occurred. Results:If after fixation of septic tank was a severe situation. The average duration of application of subatmospheric pressure therapy was 17 days with a range between 10 and 25 days, at which wound closure that was used by secondary suture. Conclusions:Volume decreases wound through her wall vacuum retraction. It stimulates granulation tissue. Perform secretions and debris removal permanent local. Reduces concentration germs from the wound. Dressing frequency is reduced to 48-36 hours, which leads to reducing the cost of treatment.
