The article examines the scientific foundations for the development of agriculture and enhancing the socio-economic benefits, taking into account demographic and agro-ecological factors in the rural areas of the Carpathian region. Investigated the general condition of rural development and its components, which should serve as a basis for development. In this regard, the necessity to justify the main priorities of rural development. |
