Method of parameters definition of the ecological system with natural cold and vacuum, which consists of water accumulators and vacuum equipment and excludes the use of different types of freon is described. The method allows to determine the constructive and technological parameters of the water accumulators, used for milk cooling in the cold season of the year and of the vacuum equipment, which is used in a warm season. |
