In this article we intend to reflect aspects of Romanian enterprises that used PC, Internet connection, information society main indicators at national level, population access to information technology and communications in 2011- 2014, evolution of enterprises with Internet connection, evolution of enterprises with mobile connection to the Internet, investments in hardware products, the evolution in the field of education with regard to integration within the Informational Society. The most important problem is the Romanian market of electronic trade and e-commerce in the European Union.
