In article so-called «shadow schemes» are considered, i.e. schemes which allow economic agents to reduce, or not to reflect at all in the financial reporting the received profit. At construction of data of the scheme there are often used the offshore territories, most suitable for these purposes. Concealment of the taxable income by criminal methods, in article practically is not considered. The given methods of conducting economic activities it is considered in brief, as fact ascertaining.
