Rezumat

This paper underlines the implementation of the Bologna’s Process in Moldova and principles of its achieving particularly in library science filed. In order to achieve it goals the author gives an overview about the library science education in a range of European countries: Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Holland, Sweden, Belgium, Norway, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Nederland and Romania. Significant aspects of library and information science schools are covered: academic course diversity, study length terms and program’s mobility. Finally, the author summarizes the already achieved results: curriculum development and master program includes at the Librarianship and Information Assistance School from Moldova State University. The following suggestions are stressed to achieve excellence: developing a research on student rate employment, relationship between market request and offer etc.
