The problem of establishing the aggravated circumstantial elements of the offences committed in the field of products and services consumption is studied in the present article. Articles 213, 216, 254-256 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova incriminate the deeds related to the field of products and services consumption, but only the one provided by article 213 is not dowered with aggravated circumstantial elements. The author analyzes the following aggravated circumstantial elements: recurrent, in big proportions, in extremely big proportions, committed by two or more persons, committed by a criminal organized groups or by a criminal organization, accidentally caused a serious or medium health injury or the death of a person, caused the death of two or more persons. |
