The consumer as the victim of the offences committed in the field of products and service consumption is analyzed in the present article. As a conclusion to a thorough analysis, the author underlines that as a victim of the offences stipulated in art.213, 216, 254-256 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova appears the person that corresponds to the following criteria: buys products and orders services, has only the intentions to do this, uses the products or the services that he bought/ordered on his own, does not have the status of a juridical person, is not fulfilling his necessities regarding the entrepreneurial or professional activity. |
