As a scientific innovation of the research we decided to ground the constitutional and juridical aspect of the protection of the human rights in the application of measures of juridical coercion. We have also investigated the constitutional and legislative mechanism of assuring the protection of human rights and freedoms of those who have committed antisocial deeds of diverse degree of danger for the society. |
