The Chisinau Municipality, which has passed many stages of administrative organization, benefits of a special status given by an organic law. In its development, the Chisinau Municipality has passed several stages of development: the first stage relates to the period of the adoption of the declaration of sovereignty until the adoption of the Constitution of Republic of Moldova and the second period relates to the period after the adoption of the Constitution. |
