The present study tries to analyze the integrant components – the object, the objective side, the subjective side, the subject – of the offence prevented in the art. 2452 „Violation of the legislation at time of sign-up in the personal values owners register” from the Penal Code. At the end of the examination, the following conclusion is reached, that the special juridical object is composed by those social relationships involved in the accurate hold of the personal values owners register, as well as the legal transfer of ownership on personal values, protected against: voluntary alteration of the information from personal values owners register (only in case of the offence prevented at the par. (1) art. 2452 PC RM); alteration through imprudence of the information from the personal values owners register (only in case of the offence prevented at the par. (2) art. 2452 PC RM). At the same time, it is pointed out that the victims of the respective offence is the customer, one of the sides involved in the personal values owners register agreement, the side in record with the hold of the register logistics obligation is fulfilled.
