This article puts into question the problems related to the compulsory and professional contractual service, feminine and masculine. Issues related to the mobility of the defense and security forces are also in attention of author in search of convincing arguments for the strengthening of the national defense sector. The total exclusion and diminishing of violence in therelations of “novices” with “experienced”, with non-commissioned officers and novice officers is a difficultissue for where the article seeks sound solutions. Military education, moral and patriotic education in school and the defense sector require simple, sometimeseven complex and complex changes. The article emphasizes the necessity of reforms also in the areas of remuneration for the mutual interest in the good services of the officers and members of their families. The enthusiasm of the young military must be fortified not only morally, but first of all rationally. The trust of the military and their families in present and furite cost a lot, but that is necessary.
