In a tangential perspective with the issue of human security, representing the defense of social equity, human rights, and the elimination of human risks in the context of global change, the issue of the need to ensure human security has developed in parallel with the aspirations of the human being to become better and more progressive in various fields and spheres of activity, always accompanied the human civilization throughout its evolution. Social, economic, political, military, cultural or environmental processes, phenomena and events are interdependent and mutually influented, being characterized by complexity and multidimensionality, leading to a number of risks and threats to human security at the national, regional and global levels.
