The influence of treatments during the growing season of trees was studied BAS Reglalg, trace elements B, Zn, Mn, Mo and CaCl2, on the content of cell wall polysaccharides of the studied plum varieties, as well as the degree of consumption of these substances in fruits during storage under conditions of OA, CA and under the influence of drug Fitomag. It was found that the applied treatments during the growing season, to a greater extent contribute to the accumulation of pectin substances, hemicellulose and cellulose in fruits, and the storage methods used slow down the rate of consumption of the studied biochemical substances.
