Abstract Online learning can be defined as a form of education that ensures the continuation of the teaching process under normal conditions or epidemics, pandemics, self-isolation. This alternative way of training is studied by pedagogues, curricular experts and experts in communication technologies. All over the world, universities, colleges and schools are preparing their teachers for this change. In this article I am going to write about the advantages and limitations of online learning. As the culture of our society changes in response to technological innovations, institutions and teachers need to adapt to them. Online learning planning involves not only identifying the content of the course, but also designing the types of interaction, in order to streamline the learning process.
