In contemporary society, a special role belongs to the managerial style, because it is an important determinant for the performance of an organization. Knowing the managerial styles will allow the knowledge of the activity and work of the manager, providing him with resources for the efficient development of the management that will allow the achievement of the objectives. The success of behavior and leadership is reduced to his personality and human qualities. Regardless of research and studies in the field of management science, the magic formula of successful leadership style has not yet been discovered, there are only types of managers outlined with certain negative qualities, which would help to warn of the success of a leader who -would avoid these mistakes. Obviously, the presented research comes to complete the theoretical approaches and to ensure a comment on the compatibility of certain typologies of managerial styles in contemporary conditions. |
