This article discusses the issue of the interaction between freedom of thought, freedom of conscience and freedom of religion in the context of a democratic society. The author analyzes the philosophical, theological and legal dimension of these percepts, emphasizing that there is a dialectical connection between them. At the same time, there are analyzed the implications of these types of freedoms on the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights. |
