The article deals with the problem of ergonymy, which is associated with the identification of nominative principles of shops in Yaroslavl. The author examines the definition of the concept of « onomastics» and applies the existing data in this field of linguistics to the study of shop names in Yaroslavl. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the motivation of language units. |
