The process of training didactic personnel aims at promoting the personal development of a student who is able to successfully perform professional tasks in a multicultural educational environment in the context of modern socio-economic conditions, a future specialist who master effective intercultural communication. Modern education represents the most important area of human activity, where education continues regardless of political, social, cultural and other changes and problems. In this context, intercultural competence is the driving force behind the development of the personality of a future teacher who is able to counter global negative processes with readiness for effective intercultural interaction with children, their parents, colleagues who are representatives of different cultures, ethnic groups, religions and views. |
