Correctly organized cost accounting has paramount value in wine growing production. Costs on care of the fructifying grape plantings, performed in the current accounting period on the crop's eve of future accounting period (plowing, cutting and other autumn works), on a reporting date are considered as work in progress. It means that all costs, made after harvesting and which in essence belong to crop of future accounting period, it is necessary to carry item by item on costs of the current accounting period on the crop's eve of the future reporting period. |
