Contemporary sports activity is regarded as a complex phenomenon that involves both physical components, as well as a range of medical, legal or economic aspects. Lately, sport worldwide is marked by harsh discussions on doping and its effects. In this context, sportsmen and team members must know the facts that may constitute violations of anti-doping legislation and regulations on the doping control procedure. Acquiring these rules with legal and medical character, will encourage the development of sports and will have the effect of preventing risks posed by the doping phenomenon. |
