For three decades and more, the academic community has been discussing the use of new technologies in education and their innovative impact on the learning process. The paper briefly presents the transformations to which didactics in the digital age is subjected, as well as some characteristics of the learner-centered approach adopted by a constructivist teacher. The common features and differences between classical didactics and didactics integrated with Information anc Communication Technologies (ICT), focused on learning design, called edidactics, are described.The concept of e-didactics is practically missing, respectively there is no research in this field to be made public by academics in Romanian language. The descriptions and statements in this article are based on works in English, available on the Web.The development of the didactics concept in the e-didactics concept and the understanding of the correlation between them offer new opportunities to implement the teaching & learning & assessment process in the digital age. |
