In this article is approached the essential role wich he occupies factors what determines personal development,in corelation with socializing,in school environment,but and in society,in general,by point of view theoretical for students with special educational needs.Are exposed conceptual aspects from Romania,defining the notion development,her structure and what involve each form in side.Also,is highlighted the importance of socialization with society members,but and with educationals actors(teaching staff,auxiliary and non-teaching),respectively with the other colleagues from class group,effective partnership between school-students-parents,like relation based on respect,trust,acceptance,tolerance between parents tipical students and students with special educational needs,educational assistance supplemental for students with special educational needs,educational and psihological counseling for parents,contributing at students with disabled inclusion in institutions from general education. |
