Rezumat

Strategic directions of management in the conditions of an economic crisis are focused by the personnel of the enterprise on organizational culture in which each employee is considered as a single whole part. The concept of antirecessionary management of the personnel is based on increase of competitiveness of experts through the market-focused training, attraction of young and vigorous employees to performance of strategic problems, working out of principles of employment of employees in case of their liberation. In the conditions of an economic crisis it is recommended to form personnel selection, being based on certain principles. The management is obliged to develop the program of antirecessionary management of the personnel.
