Developing and strengthening organizations providing social services in general and welfare in particular, requires the achievement of institutional analysis, which aims to surprise elements of functionality and possible disruption of existing relationships between organizational structure and institutional functioning. Elements of institutional analysis are taken from corporate management, applying similarly the non-profit and public institutions. The paper presents the epistemic perspective in analyzing the social space, and institutions. The results of our analysis on the Community Services Complex Bucium in Iasi, Romania, report performance of the institutions in areas where they operate.
