Rezumat | ||||||
The paper discussed the advantages and disadvantages of self-management for schools, depending on the various literature and books addressing the subject. Most of the results and opinions found, encourage the implementation of school self management, but insists firmly on following pre-designed plans to ensure the results, taking into consideration the experiences of other educational systems to learn from their best practices and avoid their mistakes. Conclusively, the implementation of self management is challenging, in fact, it needs the collaboration of all parties involved in every single step to come up with the best outcomes possible, however, its long term results are highly related to the commitment of those involved in this process. |
