I n the world practice, technology as the most important part of the intellectual product promotes economic growth, raises the standards of living, ameliorates the balance of trade as well as increases competitive product growth. Effective strategy promotion of advanced technologies demands foreign investments, availability of institutional and an innovational infrastructure. Now, when growth of GDP has positive dynamics it needs to be maintained by using of new technologies. Universities of our country which have the science intensive innovations can bring the significant contribution to the technological exchange. They should be more active in licensing of the patents, in creation of the new enterprises, in the transfer of knowledge and technologies to the potential consumers. The important stimulus for transfer of technologies would be creation of special stimulation fund, and also granting of credits to the enterprises buying and selling the licenses. Activity of small and middle size entities is perspective for promotion of technologies on the market. Attraction of foreign investments with this purpose is the most perspective way for Republic of Moldova, allowing to be integrated in the international technological exchange. Elimination of some lacks interfering the creation of conditions for a technological exchange will open a way for further economic development of country.
