Rezumat

The population from the eastern region of Moldova is in a state of uncertainty, being
obliged to comply with some illegal acts emitted and approved by the separatist authorities of
the so called Transnistrian Moldovan Republic internationally unrecognized but supported by
Russian Federation. While there is agreement on the principle peaceful settlement of the conflict
which is not permitted application of prohibitions and blockades, the population in the region is
serious affected by the achievement of individual’s right to freedom of movement.
