Corruption and related acts have an old history, many authors considering that man’s tendency to corruption would be a permanent and inevitable phenomenon in the existence of society. As a social phenomenon, corruption, developing with society, the state and law, has always acquired new forms of manifestation, managing to adapt to any political system, any era and, last but not least, any measures to combat it. In this article, we tried to identify the forms and activities, which contributed to the establishment and spread of the scourge of contemporary society CORRUPTION. |
