The article represents an analysis of the national framework regarding the participation of citizens in the decision-making process. The main provisions of the normative acts, concerning the insurance by the public administration authorities of the transparency in the decision-making process, the rights and obligations of the citizens and of the public authorities, in order to establish an active participation of the citizens in the decision-making process and in order to inform them about the adopted decisions are described In the article. |
