This paper reviews the correlation between Perceived External Prestige (PEP) and identification with organization. A good organizational image expresses a positive perception of an individual regarding the actions and achievement in an organization, the feeling of belonging, the pleasure of the respect such an organization awards is significant to employees, it enhances their self-image and identification and those of organizational members with their organization, as individuals are more identified with groups. School is an administrative organization, an open and complex system, which operated in a dynamic environment where pedagogical and social processes take place in. Public attitudes towards the educational system and towards teachers affect the status of school and teachers. |
