Rezumat

The aim of the work was to evaluate the effectiveness of urine tests of sows in diagnosing liver diseases and diseases accompanying them, a macroscopic research of internal organs after slaughter of sows and their urine was carried out. The presence of bilirubin and increased concentration of urobilinogen in the urine at hepatosis has been established. These changes are registered irrespective of the presence of concomitant diseases. These tests can be used for in vivo diagnosis of hepatosis in sows.
