Rezumat

Information technology and communication (ITC) on radio and television, sports reports, the appearance of paid television, sports programs on Soviet television, the use of ITC in covering of the Olympic Games, the Athens Olympics, a new stage in the development of television , the social function of sport. One of the first attempts to use the radio in the interest of physical education and sport is the program "Morning gymnastics". The broadcast of this program began on January 2, 1929 and then continued for over 60 years. The programs "Morning gymnastics" were the first programs about physical education. On April 4, 1954, the Central Television Centre introduced a new 15-minute program "Morning Gym Program" - twice a month on Sunday [1]. On May 26, 1929, the first live broadcast of the match between the national teams of RSFSR and Ukraine football took place. It was led by Vadim Sveatoslavovici Sineavskii. In 1933, a radio report was broadcast at the chess match of the great masters’ S. Flora and M. Botvinnik. In the same year 1933, in Moscow, on the street "Ring of garden", the race for the prize of the newspaper "Moscow evenings" took place. These events were commented by V. Sineavskii. In 1935, Vadim Sineavskii conducted the first foreign football report on the USSR-Turkey match and reports on the wrestling and fencing competitions in Ankara, Izmir and Istanbul.
