Rezumat

The preschool age of 6-7 years is a very important regarding the evolution of children's physical and functional development. Especially at this age, the basis of a motor and functional training is laid where all children's bodies are developing very fast, and namely here the specialists in the field must come up with a series of solutions regarding their motor and adequate functional development. One of the most accessible ways to optimize the level of functional training of 6-7 years old children is implementing the widespread application of physical education methods in both preschool institutions and at home; moreover, under parental supervision. Furthermore, was developed a model of adequate exercise complexes for children aged 6-7 which was applied at preschool children education during a year.
