Provides information about the need to solve the problem of calcium deficiency in human nutrition through enrichment of food of mass consumption. The expediency of use as a source of calcium black sesame seeds. Conducted test laboratory baking cookies with different dosages of sugar seeds black sesame, organoleptic evaluation.
