Immigration is the human face of globalization in the XXIst century. All around the world people move from their country of origin to a different nation due to the economic, social, political, or other reasons. The migration provides opportunities for countries and communities to benefit enormously in matters of the geopolitics, trade, and cultural exchange. Historically, migration has offered opportunities for the millions of people worldwide to create safe and meaningful lives abroad and it has helped improve people’s lives in both origin and destination countries. This article will try to describe some of the immigration models, which have taken place these years. |
