The market of leasing services in the Republic of Moldova. Leasing – is one of the financing methods of modern enterprise‘s investing activities. In the Republic of Moldova has already formed market of leasing services. In the present article is shown below the information about its dynamics of recent 6 years. The capital assets, which leased out, are increased. Analysis of the structure of capital assets, which were leased out, shows the predominance of transportation, succeeded by machinery and equip-ment; buildings and constructions. Consideration of capital assets, which leased out by credit periods, demonstrates that just over half falls on a period until 3 years, about one third falls on a period from 3 to 5 years. The part of transactions with a period more than 5 years is very slight. The analysis of leaseholders showed that it is practically divided between categories ―businesses and organizations‖ and ―physical persons‖. Rate of interest is an important weight of development of the market of leasing services. Its selling rate is 7-11%. Meantime leasing companies start to diversify business. They offer services in the area of financing for small enterprises and medium-sized.
