Republic of Moldova after a long period of soviet increasing tries to develop in a new rapidly changing world. In this world, the formula watching-searching-predicting is the main reason to survive. Therefore, political science gives the possibility to understand the challenges of the modern world. Republic of Moldova chose the way of democratization and liberalization determined itself to develop political science. This science is enhancing in Moldova in two ways: the first way represents researching within university level; the second way is represented by non-governmental organizations aria. The main resource of political researching is scientists. The analysis of employment market shows the limited aria of possibilities to become employed for young political scientists. So, what we are going to do in order to change the situation? To my mind, the solution could be to perform the educational process according to modern world references.
