В статье раскрываются основные вехи творческой биографии Михаила Васильевича Сечкина, известного отечественного дирижера, пианиста, педагога. На основе анализа фактических материалов и высказываний коллег, учеников, видных деятелей культуры характеризуется его вклад в формирование национальных традиций оперно-симфонического дирижирования и музыкальной педагогики. Делается вывод о том, что М.В. Сечкин сыграл важную роль в развитии музыкального искусства Республики Молдова.

Articolul prezintă principalele evenimente din biografia artistică a lui Mihail Vasilievici Secichin, renumit dirijor, pianist și pedagog autohton. Contribuția lui la formarea tradițiilor naționale în dirijat simfonic și de operă și în pedagogia muzicală este caracterizată în baza analizei materialului factual, a opiniilor colegilor, elevilor și a unor oameni de cultură renumiți. Se concluzionează că M. V. Secichin a avut un rol important în dezvoltarea artei muzicale din Republica Moldova

This article presents the main milestones of the artistic biography of Mikhail Vasilievich Sechkin, a famous Moldovan conductor, pianist and pedagogue. The author analyzes his contribution to the formation of the national traditions of opera-symphonic conducting art and music pedagogy, taking as a basis the analysis of factual material and the comments made by his colleagues, disciples and prominent people of arts. It is concluded that M.V. Sechkin played a major role in the development of musical art in the Republic of Moldova.
