Rezumat | ||||||
The article emphasizes the need for proactive management of corporate culture of modern enterprises. Emphasis is placed on the fact that proactive management style is based on the vision of the future image of the enterprise and its dynamic organizational and economic capabilities to update, taking into account changes in the external environment and its own business model, which will provide market uniqueness and intangible benefits. The article explores various scientific approaches to the formation of a corporate culture of modern entrepreneurship, explores the possibilities of transforming ordinary enterprises into successful ones that exceed industry average results in the context of the introduction and development of a proactive business culture and corporate values. The author has proved that proactive enterprises for sustainable commercial success must build up the following features: the desire to develop and grow among a critical mass of employees; have a clear long-term goal and mission that explains its role in the economic community; the vision, values and principles adopted by the team that determine its internal processes and environment; have a positive attitude and reputation in the external environment; own a flexible management system focused on the growth of key performance indicators; have the ability to self-study, self-knowledge, self-improvement; own the aggregate corporate memory, energy and transformation strategy. |
