Rezumat

The article reveals peculiarities of formation of professional skills of teachers of artistic disciplines in acmeological aspect. Deals with the specific forma-tion of professional skills of experts in the context of personal acmeological forma-tion and creative self-realization in practice. Acmeological thesis there is determi-ned pedagogical conditions and factors that contribute to teacher professional skill.

Стаття розкриває особливості формування професійної майстерності майбутніх викладачів мистецьких дисциплін в акмеологічному аспекті. Висвітлено специфіку формування фахової майстерності майбутніх фахівців у контексті особистісного акмеологічного становлення та творчої самореалізації в практичній діяльності. Виокремлено акмеологічні фактори та педагогічні умови, які сприяють досягненню вчителем фахової майстерності.
