The problems of human rights may be approached from several perspectives, among
which the legal perspective is the most frequent one.
Calling against their breach, law stands up for re-establishing order and giving the right
back to the defrauded one. It is often said that breach of a right is the very cause of the right. This
means that until the state we are in is affected, we don’t even realize that something we possess
represents the object of another people’s intervention.
