| Rezumat | ||||||
In this article the author discusses about the theoretical aspects of probation. The
definition of the term of probation is given alongside with the development stages of probation
activities. The author also focuses upon the core peculiarities of traditional probation activities
and the cases in which the supervising activity finds its applicability. The characteristics of the
correctional case treatment are stated as well in the present article.
