Rezumat | ||||||
The surgical treatment of bone tumors of the pelvis is considerably lagging behind
the other branches of oseooncology. The low surgical activity on this area is caused by anatomic-physiological particularites of the pelvis, the presence of multiple great vessels and nerve trunks, specific topography of the organs in the pelvic cavity and presence of numerous massive muscles. |
