The method of plastic of anterior abdominal wall in hypogastric region , which includes the local tissue application , which is characterized by that as a plastic material are used 3 cutaneous-subcutaneous- fascial lambous, when two of them are formed from forming of duplication of superior margin of deepitermisated wound and fixed superior aponeuroses and inferior margins of musculus rectus abdomini and oblique’ s inferior by symphisis pubis and saved soft tissue , and the third is formed by inferior margin of wound which is settled on formed duplication and fixed at the border of intact and deepitermised skin. |
