The current crisis, considered the greatest crisis since the Great Depression of 1929, is caused by a sudden drop in liquidity in global markets and banking systems credit, caused by the failure of companies that invested in subprime mortgages. It migrates from the banking sector in the real economy, affecting public finances and creating negative effects for the economy. Later its ta-king a step as vice versa: from the public finance sector goes back into the banking system. Financial turbulence from XXI century is like the closing period of the multidimensional transaction from the Cold War to a new global future. But up to the present has been done little against the financial cri-sis and it becomes an acute disease with negative effects, with a slow and safe extension to the immu-nity of other states.
