In the presented material examined, the pressing questions of action of law are analysed "on insolvency". An author all-round investigates some important aspects of action of legal norms in case that a debtor is in the foreign state, outside Republic of Moldova. The special attention is spared to contradictions and collisions of current legislation. The result of researches is that an author is offer some amendments and supplements of legal norms, regulative the process of insolvency of economic agents. |
