The article approaches some practical problems refer to influence of the cost of secondary products on cost of base products in milk processing. The article analyzes such problems as: concept of secondary products in milk processing, evaluation of secondary products, calculation methods of value of secondary products. The article concludes that is possible to implement alternative methods of evaluation of secondary products in milk processing but only for managerial decision making. |
