In the present article it is analyzed the social policy in the labor field in the context of the
European social practices and national strategies of the social reforms undertaken in our country.
The multidimensional approach of this category of public policies is determined by the role of
the social policy in the labor relations sphere. These and other issues are examined through the
European option of the Republic of Moldova.
