Fertilizer Microcom-T, suspensions of microorganisms (Azotobacter chroococcum, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas putida) and their metabolites have led to increased activity of nitrate reductase and decreased activity of peroxidase in leaves both under optimal soil moisture (70% WCS) and temporary water stress (10 days, 35% WCS). The content of proline at the application of fertilizer Microcom-T, suspensions and metabolites of microorganisms, usually, was maintained at a higher level in leaves under these conditions. Seed treatment with Microcom-T fertilizer separately or foliar application of fertilizer with metabolites of microorganisms under optimal soil moisture increased crops stern mass up to 16,3% and under water stress conditions up to 23,1%. In field conditions, harvest of crops stern under seed treatment with Microcom-T fertilizer was increased up to 6,6% and when mixed with the suspension of microorganisms – up to 9,2%. |
